What does an AI consultant do for a small business?

Works out where AI actually saves time or money in your business, and where it doesn't, then tells you which tools fit, what they cost and what to do first. Vela AI gives advice; it doesn't sell or build software, so the answer can be "don't buy this".

How do I start?

Book a free 15-minute intro call over video. You need a name and an email, not an account. If AI isn't worth it for your business, you'll hear that on the call.

What does the written AI plan cost?

$300, one time: a 60-minute online session and a written plan within 3 business days covering what to hand to AI, which tools and what they cost, what to skip, and what to do first.

Which businesses do you work with?

Small businesses that run on calls and appointments, such as clinics, salons and spas, contractors and home services, and law and accounting firms.

Where are you based?

In Whistler, BC. Consultations are online video calls, so I work with businesses in Squamish, Vancouver and across BC, and with businesses anywhere else too.

Can I move or cancel a booking?

Yes, online, up to 24 hours before the call. A cancelled paid session is refunded in full.
